Effective Monday 20 January 2020, the Port Entry Pass Office will relocate to the entrance gate of East Arm Wharf. Conditions of Entry and the Induction & Port Entry Pass procedure remains unchanged. 1 month access will not be issued with a Port Entry Pass (therefore no appointment is required).
Port Entry Passes will be processed and issued from the East Arm Wharf location only, the Darwin Port Administration Office will no longer offer this service. This new arrangement enables Darwin Port to provide Pass printing and collection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To obtain a Port Entry Pass, Stakeholders must book via the online booking system found at the website below. Please note - A walk-in service is NOT available.
