Port Entry Pass Collection Office Hours Christmas 2024/2025

Located in East Arm Wharf Gatehouse - 880 Berrimah Rd, East Arm

Gaining Port Entry without a physical Port Pass

From Monday 23 December - Friday 3 January, our port entry pass collection office will be closed. 
If you have completed your induction but have not yet collected your pass you can use your printed & signed Completion Certificate and photographic ID to gain entry to the Port.

East Arm Wharf: 
Please park to the left of the gatehouse, walk across to the gatehouse, and present your printed & signed Completion Certificate and photographic ID to our Security Team. You will be provided with a temporary pass to gain access to the site. 

Fort Hill Wharf:
Please use the 'call' button on the pole to contact our Security Team. You will be required to present your printed & signed Completion Certificate and photographic ID to the team. 

From Monday 6 January the port entry pass collection office will resume its usual hours. Please schedule the collection of your port pass through the Darwin Port Induction Portal.
